Considering how many generations of parents there have been it seems rather odd that Human Kind has made so little progress in finding a common ground when it comes to parenting and parenting techniques. Parenting represents such a huge grey area (rarely is there a black & white when discussing parenting issues).

Welcome to Parent Debate where we will be discussing a variety of issues, techniques, processes and what not that are associated to and affectede by being a parent.

Before we begin though....

This blog won't be moderated so you are free to express yourselves as you choose. However, I think it is extremely important to realise that there is rarely a right or wrong answer when discussing parenting issues. Therefore I would like posters to appreciate that all other posts pretty much carry equal weight (within reason) and may be appropriate to some circumstances while others will be appropriate to different circumstances.


So let's not have a flame war....
(hence the hopefully calming colours of the blog).
