I hereby declare myself a Second Hand Smoker

Actually I wouldn't go that far.
We wandered off to the "Big Smoke" (pun intended) yesterday for our son's hearing test. Upon alighting from our vehicle I was assaulted with errrr smoke. You could probably argue it's mostly car fumes but there was an unmistakable and quite prominant smell of tobacco. It followed us all the way to our destination and then again during lunch and on our way back to the car.
Seems as a non smoker I now have no choice but resign myself to walking in the wake of puffers, inevitably breathing in the foul stench and air.
Don't get my wrong....
If you moke then by all means, go for it. I just don't really like the smell.
More importantly though, I wonder about what effect it has on my son (at 7 1/2 months) and the kind of "first impression" he got of the big city. (although he's certainly been to many busy places before).
Is it just me or does it seem like trying to enjoy a lovely sunny day is nigh on impossible anymore?
